MilkBoy artists on the Radio…

April 17th, 2008

I was trolling around the ol’ intertubes, and came across Helen Leicht’s blog on Xpn.org. First thing I noticed was that the “Pick of the Day” was the new record from The Brakes ( A Tale of Two Cities- Hyena Records), which was recorded at MilkBoy Coffee and the Knitting Factory, then mixed here at the studio by Tommy Joyner. Way to go fellas!

She also mentioned the local music hour play list from April 15th, and I was happy to see that 3 MilkBoy artists were played during the set! The Brakes, Sharon Little (now on CBS records and on tour with Robert Plant and Alison Kraus…way to go Sharon!) and Scot Sax (also on tour w/ Sharon and Robert) were featured. Check out the post from April 15th here.
