  1. The user (anyone using themes produced with the editor) must adhere to the terms of use of a MySpace account. The user is to be held accountable for meeting these terms. The makers of this editor are not responsible for misuse of a MySpace account that uses a layout produced by the editor.
  2. The layouts produced by this editor will not cover up the advertisement on a MySpace page unless a user modifies his or her HTML and CSS code in order to do so. The code produced by this editor is not intended to be used to break the terms of use of a MySpace account.
  3. The user may not use this editor to create profile content that implies any endorsement of any products or of the user by, or any affiliation with, The UnLabel or the bands represented by the layout themes.
  4. This editor is not affiliated with MySpace.
  5. All trademarks and rights to the MySpace name, logo, and graphics, as well as the preview of the MySpace navigation bar presented in the editor window, belong to MySpace.
  6. Rights to all other names, logos, graphics, designs, content, scripts, and coding that are part of this editor belong to MilkBoy Recording, The UnLabel, and the bands represented by the layout themes.
  7. Privacy: Your MySpace friend ID and all content you enter into the editor, if you click on a button to save the content, will be saved and protected by The UnLabel. Full privacy is not guaranteed. When the user presses a button in the editor to save the layout, the editor will provide a layout ID number which can be used to access the saved layout. Do not give the layout ID number to anyone who should not access the layout content. Your MySpace friend ID, which you provide when you start a new layout, is already public information if you have a MySpace profile. Just as you should use discretion when putting personal information onto MySpace, you should do the same when putting personal information into the editor.
